Your cards stay on your table
Privacy Policy
Effective: July 17, 2026
This policy explains how Solitaire Pixels, developed by Cyber Tree Consulting, handles information. The short version: the game has no accounts, ads, analytics, or developer-operated servers, and we do not collect or share personal data.
Information we collect or share
Solitaire Pixels does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal or sensitive user data. It does not collect names, email addresses, locations, contacts, advertising identifiers, gameplay analytics, crash reports, or device identifiers.
Information stored on your device
The game stores preferences and progress locally on your device, including sound and animation settings, draw mode, selected visual styles, game statistics, and confirmed cosmetic entitlements. This information is used only to provide game functionality and is not sent to Cyber Tree Consulting or a server we operate.
Optional purchases and Google Play
Optional cosmetic purchases are processed by Google Play Billing under Google's terms and privacy policy. Solitaire Pixels never receives or accesses your card number, bank details, billing address, or other payment credentials. During a purchase or restore, the game temporarily receives product identifiers, purchase status, and a purchase token needed to acknowledge the transaction. This information is processed on your device and is not sent to Cyber Tree Consulting or a developer-operated server. A confirmed entitlement is stored locally so the cosmetic remains available.
Permissions and third-party services
The Android version may use the device vibration capability for brief gameplay feedback. Vibration does not provide data to the game. Google Play Billing is the only third-party service integrated into the Android release. The game contains no advertising, social-media, analytics, or tracking SDKs.
Retention and deletion
Local preferences, statistics, and entitlements remain on your device until you clear the app's storage or uninstall the game. Clearing app storage or uninstalling deletes the local data controlled by Solitaire Pixels. Google may retain purchase records under its own policies; when you reinstall, the game can ask Google Play to restore eligible purchases.
Children's privacy
Solitaire Pixels is a general-audience card game and is not specifically directed to children. Because the game does not collect personal data, it does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Security
The game minimizes privacy risk by keeping game data on the device and operating without developer servers. Purchase handling is provided by the Google Play app and Google Play Billing.
Policy changes
If the game's data practices change, this page and the Google Play Data safety declaration will be updated before the changed version is released. The effective date at the top identifies the current policy.
Contact
For privacy questions or requests, use the developer contact email shown on the Solitaire Pixels Google Play listing. Do not include payment credentials, government identifiers, or other sensitive information.
